The ZAM is covered against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1 ) year from the date of retail purchase, provided it has been used in accordance with the user's manual.

The warranty does not apply in the case of faulty plug  ( inversion of jacks ) or if used  with any powerpack other than the ZAM original power pack.

Our after-sales service ( see address hereunder ) is sole competent for repairs and alterations
