I use the ZAM to power my unmodified 9 volts YAMAHA BB-NE 2 ( 5 strings ), my YAMAHA Bex ( 4 strings ) also unmodified in 9 volts.

I also own two Moon bass guitars ( made by a famous Japanese instrument maker ), a 5 strings Fretless and a 5 strings Jazz Bass. Both are in 9 volts, unmodified.

I will also have my Silent Bass modified by Didier Duboscq to make compatible withe the ZAM.

I must say that ever since I have been using this magic box, I have been extremely satisfied with the sound of my instruments.

I have equipped all my bass guitars with the ZAM and my life has changed for the better. The sound is sharp, whether I play on stage with Billy Cobham or in studio sessions.

It is even more impressive in studio. The bass is extremely precise in the mix, every note comes out clear, high, medium or low.

I can only say thumbs up for the ZAM and kudos to its inventors : Dominique Bertram, with whom I have been working for years and Frank Bedez.
