He has ZAMed : :
A Takamine EN 28C
( modified in 9 volts )

I use the ZAM on a Takamine EN 28C ( originaly a stereo model which I converted to mono a long time ago. )

The ZAM, which powers the “cool tube“ pre-amp of my guitar, replaces the 4 LR6 AA batteries I had to put in before each concert. In order to plug the ZAM, which has a stereo jack, a minor adaptation on my Takamine was necessary. I had it done by Didier DUBOSCQ, and instrument maker and recognized expert who works in Villemonble ( in Seine Saint-Denis ) in his shop “Eden Lutherie“.

With the ZAM, I get the full sound of the “cool tube“ preamp of my guitar, which never happened with a 9 volt battery as it looses power very quickly. My pre amp has more oomph, the sound is boosted. I know that I could not play without the ZAM now.

I'm very grateful to the inventors of the ZAM. Thank you, guys !
