Fabrice Tranzer studies the guitar at the Nancy Conservatory of Music ( CMCN ), from which he graduates summa cum laude in 1991. He is very active on the European music scene in the 90s, he plays with the legendary Wanda Jackson and harmonica player Charlie McCoy. In 2000, he moves to Köln, Germany. He joins the Roncalli theatre group and plays with Mike Batt, Django Edwards, Andei Jigalov or the West Deutsche Rundfunk Symphonic. “Fab“ settles in Florida in 2004 and tours the South-East blues scene with Butch Strubble and Lyn Shaw. He also regularly joins bass player Jiggs Walker and guitarist “Mississippi“ James. He moves to Mississippi in 2007, to get closer to his musical roots and records “Riviera “, his first instrumental album, a blend of “roots“ sounds and avant-garde textures. The album has been among the bestsellers ever since its release on www.cdbaby.com. Fab currently shares his time between his “laboratory“ in Mississippi and Nashville, where he plays for studio sessions. He endorses Blade guitars and Xotic effects pedals.
