I use the ZAM to power my NEUSER Crusade (5 strings) bass in 18 volts without any adaptation, my TAKAMINE B10 ( 4 strings ) , slightly modified by my friend Franck BEDEZ and a FENDER Jazz Bass Geddy Lee ( 4 strings ) modified by the great Didier DUBOSCQ.

ZAM provides extraordinary ease and comfort.
Beyond the fact that I no longer have to unplug my instruments to extend battery life ( my backliners appreciate ), I have found, with the ZAM, the sensations of playing on passive bass but with the added bonus of active corrections !

Precision in the low notes is impressive, sharpness in high notes and dynamics are stupendous. And most of all, I feel more confident in my gear.
