Born March 3rd, 1959, Rosaire Riccobono plays with the Rockets, an electro pop band with a futurist look, created in 1975. The band, based in Italy, counts three Italian musicians, of his longtime friend Fabrice Quagliotti and himself. He plays the bass and the double bass for the American singer Vivian Reed, the Kabyle singer Djamel Allam as well as Jacques Culioli ( a singer from Corsica ), François Valéry and Jean Luc Lahaye. Rosaire Riccobono tours with jazz big bands and plays in various studio sessions and gigs with several artists. He endorses the German bass Basslab http://www.basslab.de and has been attending the Franfurt/Main MusikMesse since 2006
